Where and how to download Payment Report
URL: Vivipos Payment Report
- Head to Reports → Payment Report
- Select Date range, Group by Terminal Location > Click Retrieve > Download as Excel file
Filename convention
Ensure file name contain the word Megapos
Ensure file name follows the convention Payment Report.xlsx
Upload location
To be uploaded into VAL Drive /RevRec folder

Where and how to download Daily Collection
- Head to Reports → Daily Collection → Select Group by Location,Detail, download in excel
- Save as In Excel 2007
- Please help to put the date of extraction, for reference
